We partner with small farmers who practice natural farming,
using fresh spices to create a light, refreshing curry.

The soul of Jia Curry — our curry — is so delicious in part because it carries the love and passion of the founder’s mother.
The founder’s mother learned authentic Southeast Asian curry techniques in Singapore, and with her son’s encouragement, she began sharing the curry she once cooked only for her family.
It is the fusion of family bonds and traditional craft, giving the dish its unique spirit and unforgettable flavor.
